We are committed to providing quality and affordable dental healthcare. Our fees are based on the costs of providing quality care and are the same for all patients, whether or not they have insurance coverage. As a courtesy to you, we will submit claims to your insurance company. It is your responsibility to furnish us with the necessary, correct information regarding your insurance so that we may file the claim. You are responsible for any differences between our fees and what the insurance company pays, such as co-pay or deductible.
We are contracted with most insurance companies including DHMO, PPO, Medicare and Medicaid.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
Often times if a procedure, such as a dental implant, is not a covered benefit under your insurance, there will NOT be coverage for your initial evaluation or consultation appointment.
